GARAGE DOOR NINJA Inc is Looking For Customer Care Representative at Remote Full Time

Primary Purpose:

To succeed in this role, you must be organized, efficient, persuasive and have practical problem-solving skills. You will interact with our customers daily, and having positive and respectful behaviour is a must to represent Garage Door Ninja in the best possible way.

Inbound and outbound calls / text / emails into warm leads to set customer appointments / gather necessary information, clarifying any questions about estimates. Virtual office environment. You will play a vital role in supporting our previous and current customers by helping them with scheduling garage door service appointments / providing accurate and timely estimates for garage door installation. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work collaboratively will ensure the smooth functioning of the estimating / scheduling / customer support processes and contribute to our company’s continued success. Requirements / Responsibilities:

• Proven sales and customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creating and executing service and installation schedules
• Strong active listening skills
• Preparation of detailed and itemized garage door installation quotes
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Able to work independently
• Call center experience is a plus
• CRM experience is a huge plus
• High school diploma or equivalent

Knowledge:

• Strong knowledge of computer systems and software
• Excellent ability to multi-task through systems and applications, accessing multiple screens and tabs.
• Knowledge in the service industry is a plus, but not required.
• Basic knowledge of construction principles, measurements, and understanding of building materials is a plus, but not required.
• Be able to type 40 WPM

Training Required:

• Remote

Working Conditions:

• Must be able to work in a remote environment.
• Must be able to sit for long periods of time in front of a computer.
• Must have high speed internet and a computer available with ethernet capability.
• The job environment is fast paced and results oriented.
• Must pass Drug test, Background check.

Equipment / Tools:

• Video camera, personal computer (no tablet/phone)
• Training will be completed with your own personal equipment. After completion of training, GARAGE DOOR NINJA will be providing you: laptop, extra monitor, headset
