ABOUT THE ROLE

Gap International is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist who will play a central role in marketing strategy and execution.

In this role, you will be responsible for executing and assessing performance of marketing initiatives to drive current client engagement and new client acquisition.

You will be an essential partner to generate demand, leveraging data to create powerful touchpoints for each stage of the marketing funnel.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the MQL process, including lead attribution model
• Partner with business development leaders to execute lead gen and nurturing strategies across all stages of the business development funnel
• Manage and execute marketing and sales email campaigns within CRM (Dynamics 365)
• Assess the effectiveness of all marketing campaigns by tracking and analyzing campaign data; leverage this data to impact engagement
• Manage website analytics; Execute strategy to maximize value & conversions
• Implement and track SEO, SEM, and SMM strategies

REQUIREMENTS

• 4-7 years of marketing experience
• Undergraduate degree required
• Experience with marketing and analytics tools including Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and content management systems
• Demonstrable experience with multi-touch lead attribution tools
• Track record in managing SEO, SEM, SMM, and email marketing campaigns
• Proven experience with email platforms such as Hubspot, Constant Contact, MailChimp or similar
• Skilled using Microsoft Office Suite
• Demonstrable experience creating, executing and measuring B2B lead gen strategies
• Technically savvy, excellent communicator, nimble learner, with ongoing drive to improve processes and efficiency.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to prioritize various projects based on changing business requirements
• An ability to multitask and perform under deadlines
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
