About the Role

In this role, you will connect business outcomes to capability development and deployment in order to drive a high-performance workforce. By providing talent development expertise, you will unleash leadership and functional potential to enable our talent strategies and practices.

What You’ll Do

• Establishes learning and development strategies using key performance indicators for the department and ensures KPIs are appropriately integrated with the organizations long-range plan, ensuring it is integrated across COEs and aligned to the organization’s People & Culture Strategy
• Design and lead Enterprise learning programs
• Lead oversight into execution of learning offerings for corporate functions
• Leverage data to conduct a learning needs analysis to advise, consult and coach leaders on talent development capabilities to achieve specific business outcomes
• Leverage data and analytics to gain insights and measure the impact of learning solutions
• Build strategic partnerships across People & Culture, brand or functional business leaders and other Gap Inc HR partners to develop and execute high impact talent strategies
• Design, create and facilitate inclusive employee developmental training and experiences to aid in employee growth
• Manage L&D project and program strategy, development and delivery for a seamless employee experience
• Serve as the business voice to shape the global L&D roadmap and drive consistency across global function by identifying themes and insights
• Collaborate and lead others in key initiatives and their implementation
• Manage operations of employee experience, budget, planning and metrics to drive results

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Development, Adult Learning, and/or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Significant experience in Manager/Leadership Development, Organizational Development, or Adult Learning
• 5+ years experience in Learning & Development, both in design and delivery; ideally with global consumer brands
