Shift Engineer Assignment Duration: 18 – 24 month contract. Inside IR35

Rate: £280 per day plus £33.80 holiday pay accrued per day PAYE or £368 per day PAYE Umbrella assignment rate

Are you an experienced Shift Engineer looking for a long term contract on a flagship civil engineering project? Then this may be the one for you.

Shift Engineer Role Details

As Shift Engineer you will be responsible for supervising the tunnel secondary lining shift work. Managing and ensuring compliance of all safety, health, environmental & quality issues on site. Drafting RAMS and ITP’s for the works to be undertaken. Managing works according to the approved RAMS and ITP’s. Maintaining reporting requirements and ensuring that all appropriate permits/authorisations are in place.

Shift Engineer Requirements

–         Degree – Civil Engineering, mining, tunnelling or equivalent

–         CSCS
