This Tier 1 giant have an urgent requirement for an established Senior Site Agent to join their Environmental division and work on prestigious projects for very well-known clients in the Water industry.

The Opportunity:

This is a Senior post which will see you take responsibility for the production functions on multiple water and wastewater schemes from award to the issue of the Take Over Certificate. You will be working across either a medium sized project or numerous smaller schemes where you will ensure quality of service and profitability is maintained and maximised.

What is expected of you as Senior Site agent?

• You will take full responsibility for planning, co-ordinating, maintaining and developing staff and operative levels.
• You will monitor and record individual performances, offering encouragement and discipline as and when necessary.
• Working with the contracts manager, you will make initial contact with clients after contracts are awarded and join external pre-start meetings.
• You will Organise and co-ordinate the undertaking of maintenance works as directed by contracts managers.
• Undertake the role of the site safety supervisor and actively maintain and enforce safety standards as required by statues and in accordance with the company’s safety policies.
• You will attentively apply effective planning techniques, method analysis and controls to ensure the most effective and continuous use of company resourses.

Reward and renumeration:

This role comes with a fantastic basic salary circa £50,000 – £60,000 per annum, on top of your basic salary you can have the choice of a company car or a car allowance. Along with a matched pension (percentage dependant on age), 28 days holiday + bank holidays, health insurance, life assurance and two charity leave days.

About You:

Due to the nature of the schemes, it is a given that you’ll have an impressive background working on water/wastewater projects. It is essential that you’re a technically qualified, established Senior Site agent with experience in a main contractor environment working throughout the entire project lifecycle.
