Office Manager/Document Controller

Salary: £28,000 – £33,000 per annum, 28 days holiday plus bank holidays

Location: Staffordshire, Agile working 3-4 days in the office 1-2 days at home  

Excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and driven Office Manager to join a growing division within one of the UK’s largest civil engineering contractors.

Office Manager/Document Controller Role Details

As Office Manager you will be a pivotal member of the project team, providing support by ensuring that project design information, documentation and snagging/defects are captured and stored. You will be responsible for providing key administration support to the senior management team to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Office Manager/Document Controller Requirements

–         Experienced with full Microsoft suite

–         Knowledge/experience with Viewpoint/4 Projects or similar

–         Knowledge of the document control process

–         Highly organised approach to work

–         Effectively able to coordinate multiple activities

–         Excellent communication skills
