The Role:

ing to the President, the Marketing Manager is responsible for the development and

execution of a clearly defined marketing strategy to acquire new customers, delight and retain existing clients, and increase revenue and profitability. As the Marketing Manager, you will not only design and develop these strategies, you will roll up your sleeves and work with the Ganek PC team to make them happen. Most of our clients are real estate agents, so you will embrace the challenge of understanding these customers’ needs, develop innovative ways to reach them and grab their attention, and help convert promising leads into real opportunities. The constantly changing real estate environment demands that the Ganek PC team must thrive on excellent communication and collaboration across all parts of the firm, so the Marketing Manager must be fueled by these, as well. Plus, the Marketing Manager will be asked to re-energize Ganek PC’s digital strategy, and contribute to an already robust events strategy.

Working in Ganek PC’s Midtown office, the ideal candidate will have experience in customer segmentation strategies, lead gen strategies, basic market research tactics, digital marketing, and strategic event planning/follow-up. The person in this role will be a great communicator, who is strategic, innovative, organized, a problem solver, and ready to join in accelerating Ganek PC’s growth in Atlanta’s highly competitive real estate law market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing strategy and customer segmentation
• Develop and lead the execution of strategic marketing plans, based on an understanding of the needs of Ganek PC’s different customer segments.
• Create campaigns and strategies that generate, nurture, and qualify leads to acquire new customers.
• Ensure that Ganek PC is deepening and expanding relationships with existing clients, using them for referrals and testimonials, and ensure you gain an understanding of why lost customers have left.
• Manage the marketing calendar, budget, and all marketing communications.
• Digital strategy
• Leverage your familiarity with digital platforms and technologies to extend Ganek PC’s outreach efforts.
• Engage outside partners to assist with the execution of social media strategy execution, graphic design needs, and website hosting.
• Corral internal content experts (firm attorneys) to create both written and digital educational content to generate and nurture leads.
• Conduct regular competitive reviews to appreciate other firm’s best digital practices.
• Strategic event management
• Develop a consistent and collaborative event strategy that includes event prioritization, pre-event and post-event plans, and an effective event calendar.
• Gain an understanding of real estate brokerages and their relationship with real estate boards, and the alignment of certain brokerages with specific law firms.
• Project manage events and work with partners and part-time contractors to fulfill event setup and attendance.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 2-3 years of marketing experience with demonstrable success with marketing campaigns and programs, in B2B and B2C markets.
• Strategic and creative, but also results focused, in order to develop and lead execution of objectives in an “all hands-on deck” environment.
• Experience in being the link between marketing and business development, with a disciplined eye on strategies that create revenue-driving opportunities.
• Excellent collaboration skills across teams and individuals at all levels, building relationships with energy and drive.
• Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, knowing when and how often to communicate internally and externally.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
