General Purpose
Perform a wide variety of duties to support logistics operations and management with decision making. This may include ing, analyses, key performance indicator (KPI) tracking, hauler/carrier scorecard management, hauler payroll, financial activities, and customer service. Make sure that the needs of internal and external customers are met and maintain positive business relationships with customers. Represent the logistics department on special projects. Use prescribed guidelines or policies to analyze and resolve problems. Receive a moderate level of guidance and direction.
