Gamma Telecom Hiring for Talent & L&D Manager-Graduates and Interns at London Full Time

Purpose of role:
As the Talent & L&D Manager for our Graduates and Intern Programme you will play an instrumental role in delivering critical L&OD projects over the next 12 months.

These projects are key to Gamma’s success moving forward. Through effective collaboration and partnership, you will help shape, develop and deliver solid development solutions across the following area:

Entry Level Talent: Accountable for leading the entire graduate programme. From recruitment through to development programme and internal promotion with key stakeholders. This will be the first companywide Graduate programme Gamma has designed and developed, so prior experience of working in this space would be advantageous.

Key accountabilities:
You will:
Build strong and credible relationships with all key stakeholders across the business.

Lead the project team to a successful launch of Gamma’s induction programme

Take ownership for the Entry Level Talent pipeline, to ensure Gamma has a best-in-class graduate offering, from recruitment through to development opportunities and career growth. Building a strong brand both internally & externally

Operate as an SME in Talent & L&D to guide and support teams and the wider organisation to achieve performance expectations

Engage with third party suppliers when applicable to design and deploy suitable solutions

Introduce tracking and reporting of leadership development.

Strong design and engaging facilitation skills

Work alongside the HRBP’s to develop core People Leadership skills & knowledge

Essential requirements:
CIPD/Degree

Extensive experience in the Talent & L&OD space.

Experience to develop & lead large L&D/Talent Agendas with a collaborative approach.

Entry Level Talent Management experience.
