We are looking for people to join our Citadel Miniatures Conceptualiser Talent Programme!

The role of a Conceptualiser

Our conceptualisers are briefed on each project and then discuss and explore potential ideas before creating any sketches/drawings. Plenty of feedback will be given along the way and they will be asked to refine their thinking in the pursuit of the best ideas for miniatures. They are encouraged to be radical and experimental whilst still remaining respectful and informed by existing Intellectual Property. The whole process requires them to continually search and critique their work whilst asking for the input of others to find the best way forward. Once a brief is fulfilled, the Miniatures Design Managers will use their work to help brief the Miniatures Designers.

We are not looking for Illustrators but we are looking for people who can communicate effectively using sketches and line drawings. It is essential that you include a portfolio of appropriate work to be considered for participation.

Our Talent Programme

Although we are not actively recruiting at the moment, we have developed a programme to help identify and develop new talent for the future. If you are selected to join, you will be given assignments to complete. Upon successful completion of the assignments you will be provided with written, objective, professional feedback from our renowned design team.

Successfully joining this programme will allow you to find out if this is the right career for YOU. This could be the start of a relationship that may result in you joining the team in the future.
