• Source and screen qualified candidates by leveraging internet job boards, employee referrals, search engines, and resume mining techniques – this will include portfolio review for creative roles.
• Become an expert in ad tech and game industry trends and new developments
• Manage candidates seamlessly through the interview process; set expectations, provide thoughtful feedback, negotiate and close offers.
• Provide regular status updates to leadership and hiring managers on recruitment for open positions
• Schedule in-person and phone interviews across multiple time zones
• Fully and accurately utilize our applicant tracking system SmartRecruiter.
• Conduct full cycle recruitment including resume screening, phone or virtual interviews scheduling, provide feedback and manage internal stakeholder expectations, candidate care, offer process and onboarding.
• Be a brand ambassador, passionately engage candidates and provide all internal and external partners with an incredible experience.
• Ability to build relationships and partner with people at all levels of the organisation.
• Ability to manage workload with sense of urgency to meet deadlines and ensure accuracy.
• A consultative approach with excellent stakeholder management skills and positive networking capabilities.
• Ability to confidently manage the job offer process with professional influencing and negotiating skills.
• Ability to build pipelines and funnel for future hiring.
• Provide an exceptional candidate experience through end-to-end guidance of individuals during the interview process, potentially across different time zones.
• Data mine and creative ways to source talent from multiple online platforms.
• Ability to liaise with Emigration provider to support appropriate work visas for migrating candidates.
• Fully and accurately utilize our applicant tracking system SmartRecruiter.

• 3+ years of recruitment experience across both/or agency and in-house.
• Commercial mindset with outstanding interviewing skills including behavioural based knowledge.
• Experience recruiting for Technical and/or Creative roles.
• Experience recruiting active and passive candidates via multiple channels: networking, referrals, web, community events, educational institutions and other creative talent search methods.
• Proven ability to learn new technologies.
• High level of internal and external stakeholder engagement.
• Excellent analytical skills, problem solving and ability to set goals.
• Customer service focus with a solid work ethic.
• Strong understanding of privacy and confidentiality.
• Excellent organisational skills and demonstrated high level of attention to detail.
• An understanding of social media and its value in talent acquisition and branding.
• Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of current recruitment best practice and employment law.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills.
