Marketing Manager

Gameday Men’s Health (www.gamedaymenshealth.com) is the leader in men’s health and wellness. We are a fast-growing nationwide network of franchise and corporate owned men’s clinics specializing in testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction, and weight management. Each Gameday office is set in a man-cave environment, where men can get fast treatments in a sporty environment. For men who want to feel their best, it’s Gameday. We are currently hiring an outgoing, motivated, multi-tasking, and passionate marketing manager. This position will to the VP of operations.

Essential Functions:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all digital marketing paid ad vendors
• Manage, track, and measure all digital, print, tv, ands radio campaigns by market to ensure ROI
• Experience with WordPress CMS
• Experience with Go High Level CRM (Preferred)
• Create Marketing Plans (Digital & Ground) for Offices in National Markets
• Create Marketing Calendars with Offers or Key Dates
• Email Marketing Experience (Preferred)
• SMS Marketing Experience (Preferred)
• Understanding of Concierge Medicine (Preferred)
• Ability to Work with Other Key Stakeholders to Ensure Marketing Campaigns Are Working Properly
• Experience with Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC) **You are not expected to roll these campaigns out
• Interface with franchises on delivering strong brand messaging in their communities
• Supports business coaches in holding franchises accountable to their 90/90 ground marketing plan
• Conduct market research on which lead generation channels produce the best results by market
• Manage an internal team of CRM specialist and social media specialist.
• Create email campaigns that will drive sales through specific email lists.
• Develop and execute a social media strategy that includes goals, objectives, tactics, and strategies to drive brand awareness on all platforms.
• Analyze competitor’s products to determine how we can do the same or similar with our customers’ websites.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper implementation of marketing plans across all departments.
• Work with internal departments to implement new technology across all departments as needed (e.g., CRM software).
• Work closely with other departments to ensure proper implementation of marketing plans across all departments as needed (e.g., Salesforce).
• Assist in creating promotional materials for new products or promotions that will help drive sales growth across all channels

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years in a marketing leadership role.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability and experience to consult with and influence franchise business owners.
• Ability to plan and set priorities to achieve business objectives.
• Outstanding accountability and focus skills.
• Deep understanding of digital marketing lead gen ads (Facebook, Google, TikTok, Youtube)
• Ability to communicate and present effectively to various audiences.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel up to 15% of the time
• Salary range $90,000- $115,000

Salary:

• $90,000-$100,000/yr with bonuses based on achieving milestones
