Gamberoni is looking for a part-time Server to join our team. We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and responsible individual who is passionate about hospitality and providing excellent guest service.

This position is for the right person, not the right person.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a timely and professional manner
• Prepare and serve food or beverages
• Answer, screen and direct calls/texts, responding to emails and other questions or requests
• Resolve guest complaints and provide or seek appropriate solutions according to the situation
• Keep the front desk clean, tidy, and ready for guests arrival
• Maintain clean and orderly station, with high standards
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Open the night before closing to ensure that guests have everything they need during their stay
• Check in/out luggage/check luggage baggage (if necessary) check out luggage (if necessary) (if necessary)
• Take reservations/check reservations (if necessary) check reservations (if necessary) (if necessary)
• Take payments (if necessary) collect payments (if necessary) (if necessary)
• Open/close the club in a timely manner at the end of the night (if necessary)
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $15.50 per year
