Our client, a global capital equipment supplier, seeks an Engineering leader to manage a multi-discipline engineering department.
As a member of the senior leadership team, this role has full responsibility for budgets, staff, programs, and product development.
The position plays a critical role with the Marketing, Manufacturing, and Install / Service counterparts.
REQUIREMENTS :
- B.S. Degree in an engineering discipline
- 10+ years experience in designing / developing capital equipment, ideally complex manufacturing equipment or industrial automation systems
- At least 5 years of managing engineering staff, preferably multi-disciplined
- Experience working with manufacturing and service / support
