We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and providing helpful information about our products and services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess strong problem-solving skills.

Insurance Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Maintain customer records in an organized manner.
• Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in an accurate and timely manner.
• Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: From $37,000.00 per year
