To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Substantial experience in a talent acquisition or recruitment role. Exposure to the insurance or financial services sectors would be highly regarded;
• The ability to develop and foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, service providers and the broader Gallagher Bassett family;
• A creative and value-add approach to the recruitment process, including the ability to present actionable insights from data and market intel;
• Highly-developed communication and presentation skills;
• Strong computer literacy and experience in utilising applicant tracking systems and job advertising platforms;
• A strong sense of team, and are prepared to contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and People & Culture initiatives;
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work with competing priorities and deadlines;
• An enthusiastic and ethical nature, with strong commitment to candidate and stakeholder care.
