Gallagher Hiring for Talent Acquisition Coordinator Job at Glasgow, Scotland Full Time

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our fast-growing UK team.
You will be the go-to person for all new requisitions set up and requests, liaising with hiring managers and third-party suppliers to ensure a timely and smooth process.
You will also be a key member of the team responsible for interview coordination, adhering to and improving processes when required.
The role will initially be offered on a 6 month contract, with a high possibility of becoming permanent based on a successful performance
Your Role:
Ambassador of the recruitment process
Partnering closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners to coordinate all recruiting activity to help create an outstanding candidate experience, to ensure we are hiring the best in class
Actively engaging with agencies to manage the candidate ownership process
Advert creation and ensuring they are posted to all relevant websites and career pages
Communicating with stakeholders to schedule candidate interviews
Coordinate job advert postings, and social media posts to elevate our talent acquisition strategy
Ensuring all job descriptions and recruitment related materials are up to date in terms of relation to content and branding and saved in a central location
Preparing reports on new hire metrics and monthly KPI’s at the end of each month or as requested
Ensuring all contracts and Terms of Business with recruitment agencies, job boards are fully up to date and signed
Ensuring user guides and system protocols are kept up to date and communicated regularly
Ensuring compliance of candidate data in line with GDPR requirements
Answering candidate queries regarding processes, feedback, offers and relocations, providing useful information to allow them to make informed decisions
Ensure our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) is kept up to date at all stages of recruitment process

Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience of working within a recruitment environment either in-house, RPO or agency
- Experience of high-volume administration and/or coordination
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Ability to act quickly and promptly to a multitude of requests coming in at the same time
- A high level of written English and the ability to prioritise workload with a high level of efficiency and accuracy throughout
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and experience working with a variety of stakeholders
- Experience managing and updating an ATS / applicant tracking system
- Experience creating and producing reports
- Ability to use own initiative to continually improve and update processes in the team
