Gallagher Hiring for HR Administrator at Chelmsford Full Time

Based in our Chelmsford office, performing a wide range of HR admin related tasks; it’s a superb opportunity to further your career.

Your Role:
Coordinating the induction process for all new starters, you’ll provide new employees with a seamless introduction to the business.

Keeping employees data accurate, correct and safe. You have a confident telephone manner and are happy to listen to queries and think carefully before providing a solution.

You will form effective working relationships with our L&D, payroll and recruitment team; as well as other colleagues throughout the business.

Handle all aspects of removing an employee from the business; agree leaving dates with manager and correspond accordingly with the employee.

Your Skills, Experience and Qualifications:
CIPD qualification (or working towards) is desirable

Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent.

Able to use Oracle or similar HR systems would be a huge advantage

You must be able to thrive in a fast paced complex environment, driven to deliver real results.

We’re looking for an ambitious professional who thinks creatively and laterally, comfortable working to tight deadlines, and able to turn work around within a short time span.

Proven interpersonal skills, an effective communicator, able to operate with discretion, diplomacy, tact and empathy.

Eligible to work in the UK.
