The purpose of this role is to work with Financial Planning & Analysis Team to ensure that stakeholders receive accurate, high quality and timely commercial and financial analysis/management information. This role includes liaising directly with a variety of business stakeholders as well as the Finance team to deliver business solutions

Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, the Finance Analyst will:

  • Have strong excel and forecasting skills
  • Be experienced in preparing financial analysis, in particular sales budgets, P&L reports and revenue forecasting
  • Ability to provide data analysis, review, investigate and deliver monthly reporting
  • Have a good understanding of the Australian and International Accounting Standards
  • Be experienced in developing good stakeholder relationships
  • Have exceptional time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines
This is a great opportunity and to be considered, we are seeking a min of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, ideally with exposure to the Insurance or Financial Services industry plus:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Finance is advantageous
  • Good understanding of Australian and International Accounting Standards;
  • Financial Accounting knowledge
