Position Overview:
Gallagher Flynn’s HR Consulting Team looks for individuals who see complex and challenging work as a challenge. We want to work with people who share interesting solutions to those challenges and create solutions that are informed by their unique experiences, passions, and expertise. We are on a mission to hire the best and brightest and are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the full cycle recruiting for our clients while always ensuring a positive candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity that requires an experienced “hands-on” Talent Acquisition Manager who has a strong work ethic that can play a key leadership role with Gallagher Flynn’s clients. This position can work out of either our South Burlington, VT or Lebanon, NH offices.
