Position Overview:

Gallagher Flynn’s HR Consulting Team looks for individuals who see complex and challenging work as a challenge. We want to work with people who share interesting solutions to those challenges and create solutions that are informed by their unique experiences, passions, and expertise. We are on a mission to hire the best and brightest and are looking to add a Talent Acquisition Manager to our dynamic team. In this role, you will manage the full cycle recruiting for our clients while always ensuring a positive candidate experience. This is an exciting opportunity that requires an experienced “hands-on” Talent Acquisition Manager who has a strong work ethic that can play a key leadership role with Gallagher Flynn’s clients. This position can work out of either our South Burlington, VT or Lebanon, NH offices.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead Executive and Professional recruiting engagements by seeking out talent in a variety of industries through headhunting, networking, social media, and other sourcing methods, ensuring best in class client and candidate experience.
• Lead the full-cycle recruitment engagement process and manage candidate workflows, including kickoff meetings, resume review, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, closing, and managing the candidate experience from beginning to end.
• Author job postings that are used to market executive and professional level recruiting engagements that follow the Gallagher, Flynn brand.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to gain visibility of job opportunities for our recruiting engagements for our clients.
• Proactively source and qualify candidates helping our team members create a robust pipeline of talent to talk with and present to clients.
• Ensure the team has all the necessary resources needed to work efficiently (i.e., Entering data into our applicant tracking system, document sharing tools, etc.).
• Refine and manage recruiting, interviewing, and hiring processes that support a positive candidate experience and recruiter/hiring manager efficiencies.
• Ensure recruiting process, interviews, and documentation comply with all legal requirements and guidelines.

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

• 6 – 10 years of recruitment experience in a high-growth industry.
• Experience acting as a trusted talent advisor and partner to business leaders and stakeholders to meet shared objectives.
• Experience with LinkedIn and other sourcing tools; utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter, as well as LinkedIn projects to source active and passive candidates.
• Proven success in managing a set of strategic hiring priorities and maintaining a talent pipeline.
• Experience with the use of technology workflow, such as the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Action-oriented, organized, meticulous, and a passion to work in an entrepreneurial environment.
• Strong business acumen and market insight.
• Effective negotiation, influencing, and communication skills.
• Keen sense of diplomacy and tact; ability to build rapport with stakeholders across various levels and functions.
• Integrity and confidentiality.
• Exceptional judgment and proven ability to work independently.
