Position Overview :

As an Engagement Director – Logistics, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-value transformation projects within the logistics and supply chain domains.

You will be responsible for managing end-to-end engagements, from initial assessment to implementation, ensuring seamless delivery and outstanding results for clients.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Leadership : Lead and oversee logistics transformation projects ranging from $3-5M+, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction.
• Client Collaboration : Work closely with clients, understand their unique challenges, and devise tailored solutions to enhance logistics efficiency and drive economic returns.
• Team Management : Manage and mentor teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment, and ensuring project goals are met.
• Strategic Planning : Develop comprehensive project strategies, create implementation roadmaps, and present compelling proposals at the C-level to drive project approval.
• Quality Assurance : Ensure the highest quality of project deliverables, adhering to industry best practices and meeting client objectives.
• Continuous Improvement : Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and logistics innovations, integrating new methodologies into project approaches.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 10+ years of professional experience in logistics management and consulting. Proven track record of successfully managing and delivering logistics transformation projects in a consulting environment.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Strong presentation abilities, with experience engaging and influencing C-level executives.
• Subject matter expertise in logistics and supply chain operations.

Willingness to travel as required.
