Responsibilities:

• Interviews will be held in person at our Fremont branch
• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
• Accounts Receivable: Process checks and ACH payments. Maintain up-to-date billing systems, carry out all billing duties and correspond with clients.
• Assist with general ledger maintenance via QuickBooks, and various payroll ing.
• Accounts Payable: Enter invoices. Manage & process company credit card billing. Process employee expense program.
• Reconcile bank statements
• Prepare financial statements and s
• Maintain confidentiality of all clients, employees, and company information.

Qualifications:

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (Written and Oral)
• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 Years of Bookkeeping Experience
• Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite and Google Suite
• QuickBooks experience (preferred)
• US Work Authorization

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $28.00 – $33.00 per hour
