Role and Responsibilities

Customer Experience Standardization

• Create social media content & campaigns, and maintain/update social media, website, etc. as needed
• Create and distribute content such as blogs, infographics, videos and press releases on social media and traditional news outlets that align with company goals and target audience.
• Track social media engagement to identify high-performing ideas and campaigns for scalability
• Identify, design and deliver digital marketing campaigns to support business growth
• Create Vendor Displays & Marketing Materials
• Provide marketing support at live and online events
• Perform social media marketing research
• Assist on influencer campaign strategy
• Respond to comments and DMs on social media platforms
• Help create and edit short-form videos, and assist with photo/video content shoots
• Ensure brand management and messaging is consistent
• Maintain and update digital marketing assets content and images
• Create and manage Constant Contact mail campaigns
• Responsible for the Gagne LED Sign content
• Indoor TV display content (photos, videos, etc)
• Develop and design all print material including store signage, customer flyers, etc.
• Design and implement campaigns for current customer retention and new customer growth
• Design and deliver sell sheets, product spec sheets, and marketing packages for our Dealers
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• An associate degree or equivalent plus 5 years of experience in marketing.
• Experience in digital media campaigns
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to negotiate with customers
• Organized with excellent time management, detail oriented and prioritization skills.
• COVID vaccination
