Retail / Customer Service – 63 Creek Farm Plaza, Colchester VT

This store is open from 8am – 6pm Monday through Friday & Saturday 9am-1pm.

This position will be Monday – Friday 10am – 6pm & Every other Saturday , 9am- 1pm. Work weeks when you work Saturdays, you will have a shorter shift during to week to maintain 40 hours.

We will train. Good attitude a must. Position starts immediately. Personal Transportation is a must.

Base Pay Starts at $14.00. Pay negotiable based on experience.

Responsibilities:

• Cash Handling / Register / Computer
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Answering Phones
• Provide information about the products and services
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Adhere to COVID guidelines

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in customer service, cash handling, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor & appearance
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
