JOB SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Partner Network Education Disabilities Manager, the Partner Network Education Coordinator will work closely in classrooms to support teachers with children in the age range of 3-5 years old. Perform ongoing monitoring for education files, developmental and social emotional screenings, classroom arrangement, along with and not limited to coaching staff. The Partner Network Education Coordinator will work as part of a team that includes the Infant Toddler Specialist, paraprofessionals, and Mental Health Clinicians and Family Support Specialist. The Partner Network Education Disabilities Coordinator will take lead in the development of individualized activities for children with (IEPs), specific to each students needs, classroom coaching and lesson planning with leading the disabilities/referral process.
