GAA Solutions – ARD Logistics Hiring for Logistics Coordinator at Tuscaloosa, AL, United States Full Time

Basic Functions : This position is responsible for ensuring part availability to our client to prevent downtime, missed vehicles, and offline repairs.

Proper escalation and documentation of part shortages is expected. Once parts arrive it is the logistics specialist’s responsibility to assist in both physically and systemically transferring the parts to our internal customer.

Responsibilities : Pull daily s from R4 that shows all scrap and dmt tags requested by MBUSI and export into an excel file.

Print all available tags from the ; pick the replacement parts shown on the scrap / dmt tags and have the parts staged to ship to MBUSI.

Respond to MBUSI for any questions concerning the status of replacement parts being requested.Work with the Material Analysts when low running parts are being requested to ensure production is not impacted in any way.

File or scan all scrap / dmt tags to the shared drive for access as needed.Send end of shift out daily, to include all replacement parts shipped to MBUSI and to the distribution list for replacement parts.

Skills & Qualifications : HS Diploma equivalent.At least two years’ experience in logistics, supply management or a similar role.

Must have the ability to develop, coordinate ad control multiple processes and / or projects at one time.Strongly proficient in ERP systems.

Self-disciplined to perform time sensitive assignments with high activity, automotive, JIT experience.Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.

Good verbal and written communications, customer service.Strong attention to detail and follow through.Must be dependable and self-motivated.

Must maintain good attendance record and job performance.Perform other related duties and assignments as required.
