I am currently working with a private civil engineering company based in the South of England. My client is looking for a self-sufficient Senior Design Engineer to aid with the ever-increasing workload placed upon the company due to their persistent expansion. Due to newly acquired contracts with various local authorities in London, this professional family run company is looking for an individual to showcase their professionalism, experience, and showcase their acquired skills as a Senior Design Engineer.

The successful candidate will be designing a range of different projects. The design and development of foot-ways, carriageways, cycle-ways, traffic reduction projects in addition to various active travel projects.

The successful candidate will be:

• Experienced working with BMRB and Manual for streets.
• Experienced on designing Active Travel projects (LTN 1/20 specification).
• Proficient in AutoCAD and Civils 3D
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in Design Engineering.
• Design experience in the above stated projects.

Details

• 6 – month contract (extension likely).
• Hybrid role (2-3 days in office).
• Inside IR35.
• Salary negotiable dependent on experience.
• Surrey, South England.
