I am currently working with a local authority in the south of England who are looking for a drainage engineer to join their team.
Required skills:
- Knowledge of drainage infrastructure, micro drainage and contract management, including writing and reviewing specifications, ordering and supervising work and handling general contract issues.
- Working with stakeholders to ensure risks are minimised and plans are compliant for sustainability, safety, build ability and cost effective.
- Proven delivery of Sustainable Drainage System solutions on a variety of schemes.
- A sound understanding of relevant legislation and technical matters relating to drainage and highways management.
Key points to note:
Rate: £40PH DOE
Status: Inside IR35
Contract length: 6+ months (rolling contract)
Working arrangements: Full time (37 hours p/w), Hybrid.
