We are a 3rd-party transportation and logistics company looking to grow our sales team. Offering an inside sales and customer service position. Tasks include, but are not limited to:

• Follow up with idle customer accounts
• Call and email leads from an existing client database
• Nurture leads and maintain a sales account
• Creating and managing lead reports
• Achieve and consistently exceed sales goals
• Assess and resolve customer concerns. Offer solutions to help grow active accounts

Requirements

• Bilingualism: English a must & French
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
• In office Monday to Friday, 8:00-17:00, NO REMOTE POSITIONS AVAILABLE!

Practical skills

• Experience in transport-related industry
• Knowledge of North American geography
