We’re a Technology, IT, Pharmaceutical Engineering and Renewables Recruitment company operating with clients and candidates in Germany, Netherlands, Belgium & Switzerland.

Due to our exciting growth plans we are recruiting for a Talent Acquisition Consultant in Central London office to help continue our ambitious growth plans. We’d love you to be part of our exciting journey and join one of the fastest growing recruitment companies in Europe.

We have opened 14 offices across the global in 15 years, and we plan to hire new consultants across the UK and EU.

What the role involves

You’ll be supported by our Senior Management Team and be tasked with attracting graduates/experienced Recruitment Consultants from across the country who have the potential to become our next Top Billers and future leaders.

• Identifying potential future top billers and leaders
• Collaboration with Talent Acquisition Team and senior managers in the office
• Organisation of assessment centres
• Build relationships with universities
• Organisation of external events – career fairs, sponsorships
• Brand ambassador for g2 and the office
• Support our succession planning strategy
• Support consultants career plans
• Managing the recruitment process, from identifying prospects through to interview stage and final on boarding
• Writing and posting adverts on LinkedIn and job boards, monitoring applications, reviewing CVs and selecting suitable candidates
• An important part of this role will be building relationships with managers to fully understand their hiring needs, working proactively to anticipate the needs of the business and deliver results to meet headcount targets.
