We are a 25-year, energetic executive recruiting firm focused in the heavy highway, infrastructure and commercial construction industry. This is a remote, commissioned based recruiting opportunity, looking to continue to grow our dream team!

Responsibilities

Writing captivating job descriptions

Developing comprehensive candidate profiles

Utilizing industry platforms to find potential candidates

Cultivating relationships with candidates and clients

Facilitating, negotiating, and closing employment agreements/offers

Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong decision-making skills

2+ years sales/recruiter experience

Tech savvy

Recruiting experience a plus

Construction industry experience preferred

4 yr. degree preferred, but not required

Strong persuasive writing skills required
