Responsibilities

Source potential candidates utilizing cold calls, job boards, social networking, and internal database

Interview prospective candidates to assess skill set, work history, and salary requirements

Develop comprehensive candidate dossiers

Foster strong relationships with clients and candidates to maintain industry knowledge, obtain referrals and develop future business

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in Recruiting or Construction preferred but not required

Must have an ardent desire to build a career in recruiting by using proven negotiating and closing skills and the ability to build candidate relationships

Ability to multi-task and thrive in a challenging environment

Must have a proven history of success and be initiative-taking

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 – $200,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 10 hour shift
