G-III Apparel Group Hiring for Sales Assistant, Tommy Hilfiger Dresses at New York City Metropolitan Area Full Time

GIII Apparel Group is currently seeking a Sales Assistant to join its Tommy Hilfiger Dresses team based in New York City!

Responsibilities:

• Assist account executives in showroom during market appointments, management walk-throughs, and product information meetings
• Maintain showroom, setup before and reset after appointments
• Compile line-sheets for all accounts
• Manage customer PO’s including order entry and maintenance and resolving any issues with communication to accounts
• Daily communication internally & with external customers, providing delivery/shipping updates and managing unconfirmed/past cancel s
• Create and update available-to-sell s
• Monitor selling s for all customers
• Assist sales and cross-functional teams with other special projects as needed

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related field
• 1 year of sales/customer experience
• Must be an action oriented, team-player with excellent problem solving skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong excel
• Excellent written and verbal communication required
