G Education Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at North Shore Full Time

At G8 Education, one of Australia’s leading provider of quality early education and care services, we have an opportunity in our Talent Acquisition team for a Talent Specialist.

In this initial 6-month position, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact by supporting with the recruitment of high-quality educators across our childcare centres.

Your day-to-day

• Coach and guide hiring managers through the talent acquisition process to ensure skill, culture, and organisational fit when hiring.
• Use sourcing tools to proactively seek potential talent such as SEEK premium talent search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Engagement in the local area for your region to promote our employment brand e.g. Career Open Days etc.
• Proactively seeking out local-level partnerships to build talent pools and pipelines of high-quality candidates.
• Create advertising strategies that are reflective of the G8 employment brand and competencies.
• Partner with stakeholders to upskill and improve capability through refined recruitment and selection practices.

About You

• Proven experience within the recruitment industry, preferably in an internal recruitment role
• Ability to use market data effectively to attract potential candidates
• Strong stakeholder management and proven business partnering ability
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, multi-site organisation
• Adaptable, flexible, resilient
