G Education Hiring for Talent Acquisition Consultant Job at Gold Coast Full Time

As our Talent Acquisition Consultant, you will be integral in enabling our team to grow and increase our impact by supporting with the attraction, selection and on-boarding of high-quality allied health practitioners, early childhood educators and therapy assistants, as well as enabling the operations team to grow to support field teams.

Your ability to identify candidates who are committed to using their skills to deliver purposeful work will be highly valued in this role. You will be passionate about making a difference by using your skills and expertise to deliver positive outcomes for children and families.

Your role

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job brief through to candidate on-boarding.
• Coach and guide hiring managers through the talent acquisition process to ensure skill, culture and organisational fit when hiring.
• Use sourcing tools to proactively seek potential talent such as SEEK talent search and LinkedIn.
• Lead local recruitment marketing and engagement to promote our employer brand.
• Pro-actively seeking out local level partnerships to build talent pools and pipelines of high-quality candidates.
• Create advertising strategies that are reflective of the Leor brand and competencies.
• Provide weekly and monthly reports to support with visibility of outcome, trends or challenges.
• Partner with stakeholders to upskill and improve capability through refined recruitment and selection practices.

About you

• Demonstrated experience within the recruitment industry, preferably in an internal recruitment role (5+ years)
• Ability to use market data effectively to attract potential candidates
• Strong stakeholder management and proven business partnering ability
• Demonstrated experience working in a fast paced, multi-site organisation
• Adaptable, flexible, resilient
• Experience recruiting in Allied Health, Care or Education (desirable)
