Candidates should be articulate, enjoy working well with others, can calmly handle challenges & possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

SHRM Certified Professional or Talent Acquisition Specialist is a plus.

This is a full-time in-office position for a clinical recruiter at FYZICAL Therapy and Balance Center of Palm Beach. You will be sourcing and screening candidates for various clinical roles, such as physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and occupational therapists.

You will also coordinate interviews and maintain relationships with candidates and clients. It would be best to have a bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and at least three years of experience in healthcare recruiting.

Responsibilities Include

• Plans recruiting program based on directives from the Clinical Area Manager and General Manager and considers specialized qualifications for anticipated positions.
• Allocates recruiting efforts between advertising and professional networking.
• Sources candidates through online job postings, resume reviews, job fairs, and marketing campaigns.
• Attends job fairs and coordinates event planning with college and university personnel.
• Facilitates recordkeeping, handles correspondence, and cultivates relationships with colleges, universities, internship school placement officers, and health care employment services.
• Develop communication strategies to cultivate and maintain contact with prospective candidates.
• Develop job postings for various online platforms, professional sites, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Schedules and completes preliminary screening with interview candidates.
• Other human capital duties as assigned.
