The Role:
We are looking for you to bring your exceptional skills and experience to our clinic and join the team as our newest Optical Sales Associate.
You’ll play a critical role within FYidoctors and will be crucial to our success by delivering world-class service to our patients. You’ll often be the first point of contact with the public, so you must bring with you, your passion for people and your drive to deliver stupendous patient experiences. With your help, we’ll continue to have a positive impact on our current patients’ health and well-being.
What Will You Be Doing?
Educating clients about the best eyewear choices for their lifestyle, ensuring they receive the best in value and quality
Informing patients about advances in corrective eyewear solutions as well as assisting with the selection of frames to suit your client’s aesthetic and performance needs
Performing frame and facial measurements to ensure correct fit and positioning of new eyewear
Performing repairs and adjustments to returning patients
Arranging and maintaining retail display area
Contributing to team goals
Communicating with patients face to face, over the phone or by email
Manage appointment bookings, billing and payments
Learning other administrative and clinical roles in the office
What Do You Have?
Ideally, you will have some customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
Experience in the optical world or knowledge of routine eye care would be beneficial but not essential as training will be provided
Familiarity and comfort with technology and computers
A track record of learning new systems and processes
Professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
Able to work 5 days between Monday – Saturday
