Our client is a global Marketing and Advisory company with specialist capabilities across the communications spectrum including market research, brand and creative, advertising, corporate and change communications, PR and social media, digital and customer experience. You’ll be a key support to the Talent Acquisition Manager and Marketing Manager, and you’ll play a pivotal role in our recruitment process to ensure we attract, acquire, and retain the best.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers, to map out core responsibilities and competencies for all roles.
Map out and support the end-to-end candidate journey
Work with Marketing to help build our external narrative
Support hiring managers with the development of job descriptions and online advertising job descriptions.
Post all job ads and monitor responses.
Craft and send recruiting emails.
Coordinate candidate interviews with Key Stakeholders.
Conduct initial applicant screening interviews
Manage appropriate partnerships with sourcing and talent suppliers (ie LinkedIn Recruiter)
Manage pre-employment check compliance process including references, background checks and work eligibility.
Ask for referrals from current employees and external networks
Promote our employer brand online and offline
Maintain candidate databases and websites
Communicate with applicants on their success or otherwise
Communicate with past applicants regarding new job opportunities
