Senior Software Engineer – Full time

Location: Waxahachie, TX

Annual Salary Range (based on experience): $120K+

Required Qualifications:

• Experience: At least 5-8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on .NET technologies.

• Proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.

• Expertise in front-end web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and experience with popular front-end frameworks like React or Angular.

• Strong knowledge of SQL and experience working with Microsoft SQL Server or other relational databases.

• Experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.

• Strong understanding of software design patterns, SOLID principles, and clean code practices.

• Proficiency with version control systems, such as Git Hub.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools

• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior developers and work effectively in a team environment.

• Experience in working and leading software development projects from conception to completion.

• Continuous learning mindset and staying up-to-date with the latest .NET technologies and industry trends.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design, and implement solutions that meet business needs.

• Staying up-to-date with the latest Microsoft technologies, tools, and platforms, and actively contributing to the team’s technical knowledge.

What you will be doing:

We are looking for a Senior-level Programmer/developer with strong communications skills to work adjacent to the CEO and COO as well as our development team with proficiency in C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC/Web API.
