Future Tech Enterprise, Inc Hiring for Accounts Receivable Representative Job at Remote Full Time

The Accounts Receivable Representative is an organized team player who will assist with reviewing client invoice DSO (days sales outstanding) and account delinquencies. With approximately 2 years of business-to-business collections experience, you will communicate professionally with customers via phone and email.

This is a full-time remote opening, with medical benefits, 401k with employer contribution, and paid time off. Work hours are 8:30a -5:30p eastern time.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience with business-to-business collections.
• 
  Ability to work remotely 8:30a – 5:30p est. (slight time variance may be ok.)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skillset.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and analytical.
• Proficient with Excel.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up new customers.
• Customer Order and credit releases.
• Responding to accounts receivable inquiries from customers.
• Assist with invoicing and applying payments.
• Making collection calls for delinquent accounts.
• Other projects as assigned, which may include account reconciliation, cash receipts, preparing for audits, etc.
