We’re seeking a dynamic individual to join our purpose-driven, high-growth scaleup and take on the role of FP&A Manager. This position is vital for driving financial sophistication and rigour, as well as establishing a new function within our Finance department. You’ll lead the creation of this innovative financial function, connecting strategy, goals, and execution to redefine our financial landscape. The FP&A Manager is a key member of our lively and supportive team, collaborating closely with the Executive Leadership Team for strategic alignment and decision-making, other Management Accountants for cohesive financial management, and the Finance Account Manager for smooth financial operations. We’re committed to creating an enjoyable and collaborative atmosphere where everyone feels supported and appreciated.
