No two days are the same. You’ll keep our buildings running smoothly by tackling repairs, junk removal, maintenance, and renovations while delivering standout service to residents. If you’re a self-starter who takes pride in quality work, safety, and making a real impact, this is your chance to shine.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED?

• Experience in general maintenance and repairs
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must be able to supply your own tools and CSA steel-toed boots. 
• Mandatory requirement to be clean shaven to wear a respirator as required. 
• A technology-savvy skillset with the ability to work within multiple programs and systems at the same time via mobile phone.  
• Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt communication style to meet resident needs.
• A desire for continuous learning, growth, and career development.
