Proposals Manager – Barnsley

Our client, a large main contractor are recruiting for a Proposals Manager. This is a hybrid role with 2 days in Barnsley & 3 days from home if you choose. This is a predominately framework based role working on Rail, Civil engineering & utilities projects.

Location:

Barnsley / Working from home

Remuneration:

£55,000 – £75,000 per annum plus car/car allowance & benefits

The role:

You will be involved in:

• Ensuring the adherence of proposals best practice
• Proposals on business critical bids.
• Ensuring effective mechanisms for sharing experience and best practice.
• Safety and Sustainability input to bids and submissions
• Development and implementation of new processes, guidance and procedures

Requirements:

• Tendering, Bid, Proposals experience
• Ideally from an engineering background within Utilities, Civil engineering or Rail
• Strong communication skills
