Location: Working From Home

Day Rate: £500

Contract: 12-14 months (potential extension)

IR35 Status: Outside

We are currently recruiting Estimators for one of our most reputable clients within the Civil Engineering / Consultancy division. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an international, top tier company working on an amazing project.

Job Description:

– Preparing estimates and cost plans in line with defined briefs

– Implementing the management of estimate deliverables in conjunction with design project management and third party input

– Coordinating with design teams to ensure estimate deliverables fully capture all required scope

– Interpretation of programmes, construction and logistics reports to inform estimating deliverables

– Achieving the delivery of projects within budget

– Target Cost contract reviews

– Third party estimate reviews

You must be able to estimate from 1st principles to be considered for the role
