A number of Bridge Engineers are required to join a new and growing highways team across a number of offices in the UK. The role is hybrid and offers flexible working from home arrangements.

As the Bridge Engineer, you will be required to work on a portfolio across the rail and road sectors, including local and national bridges and structures projects, providing design management and support.

As the Bridge Engineer you will be educated to degree level or equivalent in a related subject such as Bridges, Civils or Structural; as well as Chartered or near to with ICE or IStructE. You will be experienced in Bridge Design, as well as having the ability to use relevant software packages. With a proven track record in the Project Management of rail and road projects with local authorities and main contractors, you will have good working knowledge of Eurocode, British, Highways England and NR standards, coupled with the ability to manage staff.

The Client provides design and engineering solutions for complex infrastructure projects. With a number of offices across the UK, they undertake projects across a wide range of industry sectors: defence, aviation, nuclear and rail to name a few.
