Overview: Fusion Medical Staffing is searching for Healthcare Recruiters to join our growing Sales teams. As a recruiter, you will spend your day making connections with, and advocating on behalf of, your travelers. You will be the primary point of contact between Fusion and the travelers that work for you, reviewing resumes, submitting to open jobs in the market and recruiting the best candidates based upon the needs of the client.

Essential Functions

• Provide customer service to our travelers with ethics and integrity
• Utilize time management and organizational skills to run a successful desk of travelers
• Develop knowledge of database and other recruiting tools
• Develop recruiting strategies and create goals
• Meet department call number expectations
• Utilize strong communication skills to work with client managers
• Qualify candidates to job orders
• Attract, hire, and retain travelers

Work Environment

This job operates as a hybrid position in an office and/or remote environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.

Position Type/Expected hours worked

This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. CST (flexible start/end times with manager discretion). Regular and punctual attendance is required

Required Education and Experience

• High school diploma or GED
• 1-3 years experience in sales, medical and/or recruiting

Preferred Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years experience in sales, medical and/or recruiting
• Relevant industry experience
• Previous customer service experience
