As a Fusion Customer Service Associate you will seek to provide the right banking solutions to a variety of current and potential customers, and provide outstanding customer service across all bank products and services.

You will handle a variety of banking teller transactions

* Opening new accounts

* On-boarding new customers

* Exceptional customer service

* Resolving client questions

* Receiving and paying out money

* Maintaining records of money and negotiable instruments

You will work with the broader bank team to achieve a happy and growing customer base through deposit growth, business relationship growth, and consumer relationship growth. The Universal Banker is an important member of the bank team as a whole, providing operational support and exceptional customer support while maintaining essential controls and safeguards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.50 – $20.00 per hour
