FuseBox One Hiring for Apparel and Promotional Products Sales Representative at Remote Full Time

POSITION SUMMARY
The Apparel and Promotional Products Sales Specialist for FuseBox One is the face of our organization and a layover specialist. This role is responsible for building our apparel and promotional products department including sales, and back-end administrative process. This position will be representing the organization in a professional manner, building rapport by providing information, giving recommendations, and communicating with the highest level of integrity. The Sales role will be responsible to follow through with prospects to close business in alignment with organizational goals.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

• Builds and maintains a network of sources from which to identify new sales leads
• Communicates with customers and leads to identify and understand their product or service needs; identifies and suggests products and services to meet those needs and obtain authorizations with the highest level of integrity
• Existing book of business and a network of contacts in the B2B market and generate $1,000,000+ in revenue
• Have strong relationships and key ASI vendor partnerships.
• Demonstrates the functions and utility of products or services to customers based on their needs
• Ensures customer satisfaction through ongoing communication and relationship management; resolves any issues that may arise post-sale
• Maintains communication with existing and previous customers, alerting them of new products, services, and enhancements that may be of interest
• Utilizes company’s CRM and maintains detailed s of sales activities including calls, orders, sales, lost business, and any customer or vendor relationship problems
• Provides periodic territory sales forecasts
• Well-rounded knowledge of screen printed and embroidered apparel and headwear as well as promotional products
• Master company knowledge, products, services delivery model
• Maintain customer contact volume standards
• Process purchase and sales invoices
• Performs other duties as assigned
