Director of Engineering

Compensation & Benefits :

• $150,000 – $200,000 Base Salary
• 15%-30% Profit Sharing Performance Bonus (Paid Quarterly)
• 100% Medical Insurance Premium Benefits paid by employer

Job Overview of Director of Engineering :

You’ll play a pivotal role in our organization’s success. Your responsibilities will include :

• Oversight of Risk Management, including authorization of Systems Integration Project Proposals.
• Serving as a valuable subject matter expert, consulting on intricate solutions.
• Contributing to the company’s strategic vision and providing crucial technical insights.
• Mentoring and nurturing the growth of our team, establishing training programs, and fostering a feedback-rich environment.

Qualifications for Director of Engineering :

• Preferred : Professional Engineer (PE) certification in OK, TX, NM, or CO, or the ability to obtain it within 12 months of employment
• A wealth of experience, ideally 5-10 years in instrumentation & controls
• Experience within these industries would be ideal : Geothermal, Commercial HVAC, Industrial Boilers, Oil & Gas
• Demonstrated leadership qualities that inspire and drive excellence.
• Proficiency in industrial automation software and relevant applications.
• Ability to see the big picture, and help drive growth as company expands over the next 3-5 years with new initiatives
