Responsibilities of the Accounts Payable Accountant

  • Scan and enter invoices into system
  • Send invoices for approvals
  • Code and match invoices
  • Handle account reconciliations as needed
Requirements of the Accounts Payable Accountant
  • 1- 5 years of Accounts Payable experience required
  • Candidates with strong tenure highly preferred
  • Comfortable working in a fast paced, high volume environment
  • Advanced Excel experience required

Compensation of the Accounts Payable Accountant

  • $45 – $50k dependent on education and experience
  • Plus excellent benefits, generous PTO and great work-life balance
